This is a DRM-free copy, which means you can download it, back it up and keep it forever without needing any clients such as Steam or Epic Games Store.

However, you can download the optional IndieGala launcher to have a quicker access to your library.

    • Another one? Christ. Haven’t all the free IndieGala games been DRM free for the last 6 or 7 years? How is a launcher for free games useful? I’m not asking you specifically, just pondering out loud.

      • Itch.io has their own launcher too.
I’ll be happy when the GOG2.0 launcher sucks less. It just keeps crashing on my Steam library. I guess it’s too big (that’s what she said).

Hopefully that’ll allow a lot of people to use one game launcher, not 5 or 6 of the damned things.

        • Thanks Slade for the IG client suggestion. It’s still in beta, but it has a number of features that I like for organizing. Last Monday, they just added favoriting games for example.

  1. Does anyone have a solution to keeping track of and organizing their IndieGala games? GOG Galaxy doesn’t seem to have an integration for IndieGala. All I’m doing at the moment is entering the games in a .txt file to at least have a list that I can search.
