I quit the series after Ass Creed 3 because it was just the same damn thing every time and they clearly had no direction for it. Did that ever change?
This bundle is live again (was live in June 2020). Bumping the post!
If you’re looking to fill in your AC back catalogue it’s a good deal, but for a fraction more you can currently pick up AC Origins on Steam. Once you’ve played Origins and Odyssey the older ones are difficult to go back to.
For me climbing towers got old quick. That’s why I liked Black Flag, climbing things was like 1% of the game
It was the best of the old ones, for sure, I really enjoyed the naval combat. Origins only has a little ship-to-ship combat in a few specific levels but in Odyssey you have your own ship again and can sail anywhere. Highly recommend both games, it was the shake-up the series needed.
I tried Origins but the sheer size of the game put me off. I don’t have that kind of time for one videogame 🙂
“All games come as redeemable Steam keys, directly supplied by the publishers to Fanatical.”
Do you actually fact check these? Fanatical (and other stores) use uPlay codes. None of these, or most Ubisoft games really, redeem on Steam. They’re either a uPlay code, or what is becoming more frequent, a direct redemption to your uPlay account.
Thanks, we’ll fix that error!
I like Black Flag the most
