  1. It’s legit. It’s just Amazon trying to make everyone a Prime member. And succeeding! So far, Amazon Prime has over 200 million subscribers worldwide.

  2. Uffff, nice month. Rise of The Tomb raider is great, Control is also great. Dragon Age? I didn’t really like it, felt like single player MMORPG.

  3. I own most of these, with the exception of Rogue Heroes. Either purchased them, got them free via a giveaway or was gifted a copy.

  4. Not really. I have no reason to be a Prime member and out of all my friends and family, only one person I know has Prime.

  5. Ah yes because you haven’t calculated that Sun has to be at the center of the solar system means Earth has to be at the center.

  6. So because you and a handful of people you know dont have Prime, the service is not succeeding? I had no clue that the dozen of you somehow outweigh the over 200 million people who do.

  7. I think it all depends on what you get out of it. The free shipping in Aus isn’t that big a deal. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the free games and the TV added to it, oh, and the music and books, I wouldn’t bother with Prime either.

Amazon’s “huge” splash in Australia was more like a droplet hitting the ocean. Larger supermarkets, chain stores, etc, were all ramping up advertising in the months leading up to Amazon’s opening in Aus. It fizzled here. Prices aren’t any better than ebay, and shipping is worse in a lot of cases. Amazon here, is more like a western Alibaba, with a lot of vendors selling stuff that isn’t very cheap.

  8. I like that we get the DLC content too with Tomb Raider and Control! And that we have the complete Secret Files series now.

  9. Hi guys, am I understand well that for some country the Primegaming is not allowed or do I something wrong? In my case Czech Republic… 🙁

  10. I rarely ever buy from Amazon. I don’t have an issue with people having Prime. I was only saying it wasn’t for me. Yet I had to deal with several entitled people who thought they were funny and one extremely rude individual.

  11. I get the error “Oh no! We can’t enable Prime Gaming on your account.” when I try to enable Prime gaming. Seems like a lot of people have this problem. I give up.

  12. From Norway here, doesn’t seem to work for me either. I contacted Amazon support and they couldn’t figure it out either. They just told me to try again later and contact them again.

  13. OOHHHH YEAHHHHH! Thanks for the heads up. I really hope having one of them does not prevent me to claim the trilogy due to license confliction… (I have china from a previous giveaway) but I like to think that it won’t cause a problem : )(hopefully)

  14. I also think similarly. I bought prime for free games and TV. And I WOULD LOVE THE MUSİC AND BOOKS… except… they are unavailable in my region. Amazon prime reading and amazon prime music is missing in my region : (. The good news is that prime is still an amazing deal in my country due to the fact that its pricing is never-before-seen level regional priced… its price is insanely lowered in my country. The downside is that… prime reading and prime music is not released and therefore missing.

Side note: The reason why its pricing is so good is that… amazon is properly the first company that actually fucking tried to provide the ideal regional price. Many companies fail to use price discrimination to their advantage while exploring new markets… amazon on the other hand… wow. So the reason why it is so cheap is because while there are other stuff (such as games on steam) that are regionally priced none of them actually wanted that. They just “pretended” in a way. While amazon actually delivered a proper regional pricing… well… to be fair being an extremely rich company also puts them in an obvious advantage when it comes to regional pricing.

  15. This is what is wrong with the world today. You can’t have a different opinion without someone shouting you down. You’re wrong, if you don’t believe in the same “thing” as they do. I have an issue with that. Facts don’t lie, and you can’t have different facts on the same subject. You can have different opinions. Having a rational discussion with someone who has a different point of view is actually good. Being able to see why they have their opinion can open your own eyes to a different view of the world. You don’t have to like it, and you don’t have to agree with it, but you also don’t have to shout them down either.

  16. I honestly don’t listen to the music on Amazon. I usually listen to the radio or Google Music (or WTF it’s called this week). I might try more Amazon Music if I can set up a decent play list for my car.

I also don’t read the books either. I just collect the ‘First Reads’ each month. I much prefer comics / graphic novels to full size books now. I don’t have the time to spend hours getting invested in large scale novels.

  17. Hi Fogger, ho its going? This month i have huge problem to get in, still have “Oh no! We can’t enable Prime Gaming on your account.
It looks like there was an error activating Prime Gaming.”. I have contacted Amazon support 3 times! And only suggestion you have to wait couple of hours and try it again with no effect… I called to my bank from their side is everithing fine and authorized, must be something o Amazon side, Any idea?
