  1. HHmmm, weird. I have 1 game from this month (last day) that I can’t claim. Hell, I didn’t even know about it until today: House of 1000 doors: Family Secrets.

I guess it’s too late now. It does say “ending soon”, but clicking the claim button just refreshes the display. Ah well 🙁

    • Update from amazon support:

“My sincere apologies upon checking here we
are encountering an emerging issue for that games and that is been
already known by the technical team and already researching for the
      resolution on it.”

As soon as the problem is fixed will they make a new link with a new end date for everyone or so they claim

    • I noticed it a week ago. You have to create an account on another website to claim it, and even then I got an email afterwards saying I still hadn’t claimed it and needed to download their launcher (Legacy Games, not Amazon) to do so. A lot of hoops to jump through for a hidden object game.

      • I had no idea what sort of game it was. Yeah, not great if I need to install yet another launcher for one game, that is, let’s be honest, not unique or likely to be great enough to warrant the effort.

    • Talked to support again as the link now sends you to the page finally but its over it says, they told me not to worry they are working on it and as soon as they fix the problem will that game be up again for a short while so everyone who missed out will be able to get it.

I suggested they next time they have a problem to let people know on either main page or let you get into the claim page to be told and to sign up for a email when it’s back instead of no communication.

  2. Old games are still showing on the loot page. These new games probably will show up on May 2nd. Not sure why that wasn’t stated.
