This seems to have been a scam to get email addresses.
After dasy nothing. No email and so on. no reaction by askim them direct. so it is a scam action to collet emails and sell them for spam
This offer has now officially ended because all available keys have gone. This is according to an official reply on a Offworld forums thread.

Errors, errors, errors, now page doesn’t exist and promotion has ended. I emailed support and they told me to contact their forum, there is a thread there open https://forums.offworldgame.com/498489/problem-receiving-free-games-keys but it seems like everyone has had problems. What a totally useless giveaway.

I have posted this twice but its been removed both times sorry peps it ended now, but i find it sad they removed my helpfull post when it was still up and running.

They might be out of keys or high server load.
Ya I just waited on one try, took about 10 minutes for email.

@black they do send it but it takes about 3 hours , i got sent it twice so dont spam yourself by requesting it twice
further then this when you do get the email the link provided will just go to a webpage saying as above
