So many great games, thanks!
I am amazed just how user friendly and generous this site is. I’m mainly an xbox gamer, so have had some free games from Microsoft, but not on this scale. I found this site purely from a Witcher enquiry and I’m so glad that I did.
Thanks Dave 🙂
Gog is a great site for classic games. If you are a fan of games that they tend not to make anymore, then I would definitely sign up. Plus they have lots of discounts, goodies, pdf manuals, and tons more. Also they offer a fair refund policy. A lot of these games were pure classics in their day, with many still holding up.
Even more games to my endless list of games that I won’t be able to finish ever👍
For those who still use Origin…. 😀
DLC’s of Mass Effect 1-3 and Dragon Age 1&2 are now free.. (ME3 MP DLC Packs are not free)
You can log into Origin and grab DLC for Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3. Select the games in your library & click on Extra Content. Select Get it Free for each one
hella interesting, this is where my mind linger all the time
Thanks for the updated list. Some videos do not match the game on the list or appear to be shifted.

the 3 new additions you might not already have in your library:
Dagon: by H. P. Lovecraft
Samorost 1

can I add these games to my account, or not?
I think the games on this list are expected to be free forever, so perhaps no real need to add to your account?
It will show up in my GoG games list in the GoG app. That’s why I asked.
Should Be Automatically Added … 😀
I see now that they can be added to the cart if they weren’t already there before. If they are already linked to my account it will say “Buy as a gift”.
Hey guys, I saw people mentioning this list for some reason so I decided to update this old post with new games. I play both Dagon and Samorost and they’re quite enjoyable, check them out! Enjoy and have a nice weekend 🙂

and War Wind
Also Ascendant
Hmm.. somehow I already had all of them in my library!
Nope, $4.99 https://www.gog.com/game/i_have_no_mouth_and_i_must_scream
Damn, could’ve sworn that “I have no mouth and I must scream” would’ve been on this, but if no then no.
It’s $4.99 on GOG https://www.gog.com/game/i_have_no_mouth_and_i_must_scream
Yeah, I know, but when I saw this post back in the days I thought I saw it in the list as a “freebie” and after I watched a few videos of the gameplay, I thought I remembered it being on this list. But I guess that was just my bad memory.
I have it in my library, so it was most probably in a giveaway during some sale..
All of these games are still free I think
Overcooked is free on Epic Games
https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/product/overcooked/home

These free games are automatically added to your account in time anyway. Nice list though.
Free demos also get added to your basket, so GOG doesn’t let you miss them.

Nice post!
GOG’s pretty good about giving away some nice free games during sales. I got Age of Wonders, Realms of Arkania 1 & 2, Witcher 2, Mount & Blade, and Aliens vs Predator that way.
GOG? Indiegala is 10x better! You can discount tickets and win games everyday! I win today 5 new games.
