  1. I’ve been getting an “oops, sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account.”

Anyone know why it’s happening or how to fix it?

  2. You can get Battlefield 4 for Free on Steam right now (click on Play button) and if you don’t have space to download it (60+gb) then hit cancel for the installation and then you will see that you own it in your library. There are 3 or 4 Free DLC packs right now also. One says 100% off. But you can NOT get any of them without the game being installed. I tried (and usually a game or DLC that says 100% free adds to your account even if you don’t have room to install it, and without even doing the –Play, cancel install– trick to get it into your library without installing… hope that makes sense).

    • Battlefield 4 isn’t free. It’s just a free weekend. Think time based 48 hour demo/trial. It won’t stay in your library.

      • Ahhh thanks for letting everyone know 🙂 I had just gotten it on Origins for free permanently as far as I know… and thought that Steam was giving it away for free as well. Mine says in my library Premium Edition so it’s possible I had gotten it as a freebie before… if it doesn’t go away in my library. I get every free game I can lol. I try to not grab those timed (especially short weekend event) large gb draining games (if I realize it) unless it’s one I desperately want to try. I don’t usually play a game right away so those just waste my time getting them & wondering where they went lol.

        • If it’s a game I’m interested in buying, I’ll play the free weekends and see if it’s actually worth the cash. Doing that has save me a lot of money over the years. Because quite often I end up changing my mind.
