  1. This is a game for all the Australians living on the east coast who haven’t had a chance to mow for several months now, because it hasn’t stopped raining.

    • When I see games like Lawnmower Simulator, Dishwasher Simulator or [Repetitive-Task] Simulator get popular I often wonder if there isn’t a business opportunity to be had starting up a [Repetitive-Task] business and have people pay you to have their lawns mowed (in this instance) while you sell the concept of playing Lawnmower Simulator in real life to people and have them pay you for the awesome fun of mowing people’s lawns. Everyone wins. But mostly you.

      • True that. I was never into The Sims either, I just couldn’t see the point. You control a bunch of people who has to go to work, make dinner, clean up, watch tv, converse etc. I will never understand how it got so popular. However if a game has some kind of automation, such as Farming Simulator hired helpers, then it’s suddenly fun to play (to me at least) as your focus shifts from doing repetitive tasks to making your business as lucrative as possible. Buying new equipment and land is also pretty darn fun. However after a while, all these sims gets repetitive, with or without ai helpers.
