Just chiming in that I’ve had problems ordering this bundle too, after sending an email they told me I wasn’t on their system. Forwarded the payment receipt I received after buying as proof and now my purchase is in “pending” as a result. Hopefully I’ll recieve the keys in a couple hours.
Update: The problem has now been resolved. It seems that the company does have a few teething problems with bundle but they go out of their way to fix them and promptly reply to your emails.

Anyone an idea how long they need to send out the codes?
Some people seem to have problems with redeeming the keys. Check your spam folder – you should have an e-mail with confirmation. After confirming the purchase you should get your keys. If you didn’t get the e-mail or codes then contact the support at support@onemorebundle.com.
I got an answer from the support, they seem to have some technical problems right now.
