Top 10 Best Steam Summer Sale Deals

Valve has launched its annual Steam Summer Sale, offering substantial discounts on hundreds of PC titles.

The sale will go until July 13, 2023, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, and it includes a tons of big-name AAA titles like Assassin’s Creed, Elden Ring, and Cyberpunk 2077 as well as famous indie games like Stardew Valley, Cassette Beasts, and Hades.

The Steam Deck is also on sale, and at 20% off, it’s the cheapest it’s ever been.

In this post we’re listing 10 games we personally love and recommend, so in no particular order, check out our 10 favorite games you can get for cheap during the Steam Summer Sale 2023:

10. The Quarry ($19.79, 67% off)

Probably the best game from Supermassive Games since Until Dawn, The Quarry is a story about a group of teenage counselors in a summer camp that well, we won’t spoil it. Let’s just say getting all of them out alive won’t be an easy task.

The Quarry currently costs $19.97 (67% off) on Steam.

9. Elden Ring ($41.99, 30% off)

It’s so easy to recommend this game, I don’t even need to describe it. You know what Elden Ring is. If you don’t own it yet, now’s the chance to grab it for 30% less.

Elden Ring is available for 30% off on Steam.

8. Pentiment ($13.39, 30% off)

I gotta admit, I love to just gobble up all games Obsidian makes. If you liked Fallout: New Vegas, The Outer Worlds or South Park: The Stick of Truth, check out this uniquely original medieval adventure game by the same studio.

Pentiment currently costs $13.39 (33% off) on Steam.

7. Portal 2 ($0.99, 90% off)

For a price of, um, what can you even buy with a dollar? Well, now a dollar can buy you 10+ hours of brilliant puzzles featuring an evil AI hooked up to a potato. Oh, besides Portal 2, you can also get the original Portal for the same price! But everyone already has that, right?

Portal 2 is available for just $0.99 on Steam.

6. Deep Rock Galactic ($9.89, 67% off)

Deep Rock Galactic is one of those games that have Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam and it deserves it. This co-op shooter for 1 to 4 players is probably the best game featuring cool space dwarves.

Deep Rock Galactic is available for 67% off on Steam.

5. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla ($14.99, 75% off)

If like us you got Assassin’s Creed fatigue and somehow didn’t end up buying this huge open world game at launch, well, now it’s down to just $14.99 on Steam.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available for $14.99 on Steam.

4. Hades ($12.49, 50% off)

I remember having so much fun with this Greek-themed roguelite when it first came out. Never finished it because my reflexes suck but had a blast anyway.

Hades is available for 50% off on Steam.

3. Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun ($17.59, 20% off)

This game combines two things I love; boomer shooters and Warhammer 40K. If you love both, you won’t go wrong with this fun, crazy old school shooter.

Boltgun is available for free on Steam and it has positive reviews.

2. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt ($11.99, 70% off)

Now with Ray Tracing! And some bugs, but those have mostly been squashed by now.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is 70% off on Steam.

1. Wasteland 3 ($7.99, 80% off)

Post-apocalypse has never been cheaper! Recommended for fans of old Fallout games (and Wasteland 2).

Wasteland 3 is just $8 on Steam during the summer sale.

If you have any good game deals you’d recommend, tell us about it in the comments below!

  1. Portal 2 for 1 buck?

I remember buying it for my PS3 back in the days for 50 bucks.

Absolute waste of money… though I did get to redeem the PC version for free. That was class.
