Epic is giving away Luto, a psychological horror game about someone who cannot leave their home.
That already sounds bad. Then the house starts acting weird. Every escape attempt pulls you deeper into strange rooms, shifting spaces, and the kind of atmosphere where even a hallway feels like it knows your search history.
Luto deals with grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. It does not look like a “monster jumps out, scream, repeat” kind of horror game. It goes for dread, confusion, and that slow feeling that reality has stopped following the rules. The Epic page calls it “a story about death” and describes it as a horror experience where nothing feels quite real.
Expect exploration, unsettling spaces, secrets, and a lot of “nope, I am not opening that door” energy. Of course, you will open the door anyway, because video games have trained us all very badly.
