Another quick freebie just dropped on Steam — and this one’s actually a pretty good looking and stylish indie.
Nocturnal is currently FREE to keep, but only for a limited time. You need to claim it before April 26th to keep it in your library even after the deadline is over.
ABOUT THE GAME:
Nocturnal is a fast-paced 2D action platformer with a strong focus on fire-based mechanics.
You play as a soldier returning to a cursed island, where your flame is both your weapon and your survival tool:
- Use fire to light your path and fight enemies
- Keep your flame alive — losing it makes you vulnerable
- Tight platforming and combat flow
- Hand-crafted levels with a strong visual style
The whole game revolves around managing your flame while pushing forward — simple concept, but done really well, as you can see in the gameplay video below:
