Free horror games are always a gamble, but this one has a pretty good hook: you are trapped in an old Soviet apartment block after a factory explosion, the air is toxic, your neighbors are no longer exactly normal, and your best chance of survival is building a radio from scavenged parts.

The game plays as a first-person stealth survival horror experience. You explore the building, search for electronic parts, manage your gas mask filters, and avoid the “Echoes” roaming the apartment block. The goal is to assemble an SOS transmitter and reach the roof before the building becomes your very depressing final address.
What makes it interesting is the setting. Instead of another haunted mansion or forest cabin, Static Voice leans into toxic stairwells, Soviet-era interiors, radio equipment, and sound-based stealth. That gives it a nice grimy atmosphere, somewhere between post-disaster survival and paranormal apartment nightmare.
