I’ve rummaged through ton of bad games on Steam to find 10 that look really fun and worth playing. In no particular order, I present the best new free to play games on Steam:
10. Scholar’s Mate – First Move
A horror room escape game in which you’re stuck in a mental hospital trying to escape. This short game is not a demo but a free prologue for an upcoming full horror game Scholar’s Mate.

Everyone knows cats are superior to us boring stupid humans, right? Well, now you can prove it in this whimsical game filled with exciting levels, puzzles, riddles, humor, references to pop culture, and the internet.

8. Symphony of Souls
If you like Greek mythology and music check out this free rhythm-based single player platformer. Symphony of Souls is a small student project but you can tell a lot of love has been poured into this little gem of a game. Give it a go.

7. Snoody: One of the Ayrie
Snoody: One of the Ayrie is an adventure action game in which you fight enemies and explore strange new worlds. But beware, this game is pretty difficult.

An adventure game about everything and nothing. This short experience will put you in the shoes of a struggling indie game developer.

5. BloodDome Classic
What if Vampire Survivors was a 70′ arcade game? Found out by playing BloodDome Classic!

4. The Purge Dilemma
Featuring local and online co-op, this dystopian deduction game pits you and other players in a game of wits against a ruthless dictator.

Neonscape is a first-person hack n’ slash combat where you slice up enemies, jump around on walls and whatever else stuff sci-fi ninjas do.
